Great meals, great convenience - Edit
It's hard to work 49 hours a week and then come home and prepare healthy vegan meals. Sarah Goodenough and her staff have come up with a great solution. You can buy ready-made meals and either pick them up or have them delivered. You can get all three meals a day or just the ones you want. Even desserts!
Read moreKitchen Verde is also great if you have fallen into a rut and keep making the same things. Their menu changes all the time and you can get some amazing new meals that you may not have thought about.
You may have seen Sarah in People magazine or on the Today show. She lost about 122 pounds when she switched to plant-based living and turned her life around. Her meal service is making it easier for other people to have great, healthy and convenient food
