Wir hatten Eggplant LokLak und Cutry und beides war super lecker, insbesondere das Eggplant LokLak kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Excellent Cambodian specialties with Kampot pepper - Edit
Doesn’t look impressive but the best restaurant we had in Cambodia. Offers vegetarian version of the loklak and amok. They come with green (i.e. fresh) Kampot pepper and the best pepper sauce I ever tasted. Comes in huge servings. Very cheap for Cambodia ($3 each).

We would have come back if we had stayed longer in Kampot.
Situated in front of the "KFC" food stall but much tastier!
