Permanently parked food trailer serving up nachos, burgers, red beans and rice and more. Our crew had the harvest salad, cheez burgers and mushroom cheez-steak. All thumbs up! Ask for light seasoning if you are sensitive to salt. #Veganuary

Tasty AND Healthy Comfort Food - Edit
My husband and I were pretty hungry, and between the two of us we got a BLT, a BBQ sandwich (jackfruit), loaded air fries, and a superfood salad with maple vinaigrette. They were friendly and flexible with us, subbing jackfruit for soy on the loaded fries and making the vinaigrette oil free. It was all delicious and above our expectations.
Read moreThe only cons for me were that we waited for 20-25 minutes for our food (made scratch), and we had to eat in a car because there really wasn’t a designated eating space. It is located in the driveway of a business (on a street where all the houses are converted into office spaces). But it’s a food truck so what do you expect!
We will definitely return when in the area.

Everyone’s food was amazing, the customer service was great as well. Their kid was really sweet and kept us company while we waited. The beans and rice and dirty rice were a little salty
