My new favorite restaurant - Edit
Khau Gully deserves a solid 5 stars. Casual, clean, good prices, delicious food and generous portions. It's a lacto-vegetarian place with plenty of vegan options. The welcoming man at the counter was very friendly and we followed his recommendations for our order. We cleaned our plates!

We tried the special sampler (3 curries) and one of the combo samplers. Both were excellent. This is a very casual place. The name means street food, so it's not meant to be a fancy sit-down meal. We will be coming back! Just be forewarned to bring your smartphone... you'll have to look up a ton of indian food names, as the menu doesn't really supply descriptions for the uninitiated!

Simply Delightful - Edit
Today our family loved not only that the food was delicious, culturally authentic, and beautifully prepared, but also that the owner was a lovely person towards us - friendly, attentive, and hard-working. We have trouble finding quality vegan and vegetarian food near The Woodlands in a comfortable environment. It is rare to taste the love in the food and its preparation, so this is our new favorite stop. We wish more success to come for this special place. See you again soon :)!
