Good food, okay service - Edit
The food was good, and the menu was clearly labeled. We waited 20 minutes after being seated for someone to take our order and only after we asked.

Tasty and customizable ramen with a few veg-friendly apps - Edit
I haven't actually dined in yet but have gotten take out a few times. I like that you can easily customize the ingredients in your ramen. I wish the vegan options were a bit more clearly labeled, had pictures and descriptions on the online ordering page. The truffle edamame was fabulous and I will absolutely be ordering that again!

There is a vegetable broth for the ramen, two vegan options plus the bowls are customizable. They also have a few different edamames, fried brussel sprouts, seaweed salad, etc.
Pros: online ordering is very easy, can put your name on waitlist for dine-in, tasty and creative - truffle edamame yum!

Great Ramen - Edit
If you like truffle flavor, it’s a great ramen, the noodles are perfectly chewy. There are plenty of labeled vegan addins, and other menus items. Their setup with ordering is fun, so you can grab a drink before sitting down.

Best vegan ramen - Edit
I’ve been here a handful of times since they opened and cannot get enough of the vegan ramen. The tofu is so flavorful! The truffle edamame is delicious too. They also offer a wide range of drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The ambience is so cozy and the staff is amazing. I would highly recommend this spot for authentic Japanese ramen!
