Pretty good

You have a lot of options to make a custom sushi burrito or bowl. To name what I can recall: white rice, brown rice, avocado, mango, pineapple, jalapeño, red cabbage, red onion, corn, carrot, cucumber, wasabi, edamame, and more. The rolls are large so you can actually fit a lot of things in them. It's like a popular sandwich chain in that they will build your roll or bowl right in front of you.

Unfortunately, I was not able to verify whether the soy sauce they keep on their tables is vegan-friendly, so I would skip it, as some can contain fish.

Great Vegan Options!

I ate at the Baymeadows location for the first time and what a great way to build a custom bowl full of rice, tofu and raw vegetables. You can get unlimited toppings… a few toppings are surcharges such as avocado. Overall it is a very large portion and everything is fresh and healthy. I highly recommend this place for a healthy vegan bowl/burrito!

Good Tofu Bowl

I thought very good. Only issue is the Tofu is not marinated in anything. Very plain. Veggies and fruit galore. Very good.

Amazing!

This place is perfect for a quick healthy lunch. It’s like a subway in terms of ordering but for build your own sushi burritos or bowls. I love the amount of topping and sauce choices they have. They have tofu as a vegan protein option. Definitely go here!

Pros: Fast, Healthy , fresh

Cons: Slightly expensive

Tofu poke bowl

First time here I built my own poke bowl with tofu. It was good everything seemed to be fresh and flavors were good but the tofu could use some help. I really liked the seaweed salad. The staff was so friendly and took the time to answer all my questions about the ingredients. I took a star off for the miso soup not being vegan.

Pros: Fresh veggies, Helpful staff

Cons: I was told the miso soup has fish broth, No allergy list for customers to look at
