Serves meat, vegan options available. Japanese restaurant with vegan choices. Menu includes edamame, house salad, mixed vegetable sushi roll, tofu teriyaki and combo plate. Staff is knowledgeable about veganism and kitchen staff are willing to make additional "chef's choice" vegan sushi rolls upon request. Open Mon-Thu 11:30am-9:30pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-10:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-9:30pm.

Glad I was craving sushi

Several sushi rolls are vegan. My favorite was the avocado roll. That was one of the creamiest, yummiest avocados I've ever had, and sushi is just so fun to eat!
The ladies here are absolute gems as well ❤️

Pros: Vegan sushi!, Wait staff are lovely

Very, very good!

I am so glad to have visited Katsunori. I am often hesitant to visit a restaurant with zero reviews, but I was not disappointed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about vegan options - pointed out various menu items and recommended that the chef make a custom vegan roll. I had the vegetable roll and a chef special roll made with tofu. The garlic edamame was so delicious, too. What a great find in the desert!
