Mexican food that works for a vegan

The food was full of flavor. I love that there was refried beans that were vegan, two different kinds of salsa that were vegan and enchilada sauce, and the guacamole. Restaurant was very clean and servers were amazing.

Pros: Refried beans , 2 kinds of salsa , Enchilada sauce and guacamole

Cons: Rice isn’t vegan
