New Bigger Menu - Edit
Kata recently increased their menu with more choices for both vegan and non-vegan. Many things can be made vegan (eliminate egg) and the portions are plentiful. Typical Asian fare with quick service.

Staff unaware - Edit
I asked if the sauce was made with a beef or seafood broth and the server said, “I think so.” She didn’t offer to check with the kitchen or anything, so I just ordered sides. They do have some vegan options, but due to unaware staff on vegan issues, I wouldn’t trust them 🤷🏻♂️
