Michelin star worth plant-based course.

Also more affordable (as it should) than the meat course and totally worth it. Chef Aaron loves to work with plants and it shows, you’ll discover a lot of underrated plants from the Philippines. Expect big portions and to be full! Book ahead, at least a day or two to make sure it’s available.

I didn’t try the A La Carte but I feel like the course meal has the best value/money by far
