Popular café at the harbour - Edit
Vegan options are clearly labeled, but limited. There was one pancake option (tasty, but very sweet) and one sandwich option. Coffee can be made vegan by asking for soy or almond milk. Relatively busy, but quick service, and nice view of the water and bridge.

Amazing vegan pancakes - Edit
They have a few vegan options (not all labeled). The oat pancakes were delicious, and quiet big portion so definitely worth the €7. They also have almond and soy milk for coffee, so I had a refreshing iced latte.

Busy café at the wooden bridge - Edit
The cafe was very busy. Located directly at the wooden bridge. Service was very friendly and quickly. The avocado whole wheat sandwich (with tomato, olives and capers) was ok. Bread was very soft. They also have a vegan pancake, which ist labeled vegan in the menu.
