The vegetarian panini can be made vegan when asking for it without cheese. Super yummy

A single great option - Edit
Very nice place, fun to sit at. They have only one vegan option, which is the veggie panini toast without the cheese. I thought it was very good. The cheese wasn't missed.

For drinks we had chai with oat milk which was very good as well.
We were happy to have our breakfast there before visiting the castle.
The opening hours that are written here are not correct. Check google for that.

Perfect spot before, between, or after your other plans. In the heart of the walking shops, ample indoor and outdoor space (with blankets!), opens before everything else if you need to park yourself somewhere until typical 10a openings.
