We’ve been longtime fans of Julien’s. They have a great selection of intentional vegan options, and ever since Ollie’s in Kingston closed, Julien’s has been the only pizza we eat. (I have never cared for the sushi though.)
Read moreSadly, we have placed our last order because they served us the most vile hairball baked into our most recent pizza. (Please see photo.) I have been served hairs before, and it’s not a big deal. Mistakes happen! But this was an entire clump of hair. How does that happen?? It was like someone cleaned out their shower drain and put it on the pizza.
I did email them, and while they did refund us, they were very apathetic about it. Literally all they said was “my apologies, a refund has been issued.” Sorry but was absolutely sickening and super disappointing considering we’ve been loyal customers for years.
It was such a foul experience that I can’t go back. Just thinking about it makes me feel sick.

This is the email you had sent us - I apologized and sent a refund your way asap. I can assure you that we do take things like this very seriously and it was an accident. But from the tone in your email to us and how it changed into the bad review is just wild! And now I’m even starting to doubt that came from our restaurant. Wild times.
