“ Good morning! My wife and I ordered a pizza for pickup yesterday (order #10922) and found what appears to be a large clump of hair baked into the toppings. (Please see attachments.) We would like to request either a refund or credit for the value of the pizza. The order is under my wife’s name. Thank you, Makayla “ This is the email you had sent us - I apologized and sent a refund your way asap. I can assure you that we do take things like this very seriously and it was an accident. But from the tone in your email to us and how it changed into the bad review is just wild! And now I’m even starting to doubt that came from our restaurant. Wild times.
