Great juice, and really nice food - Edit
I've been to their shop on 3 Xinzhongdong Street a few times. I really like the juices they make there. I also like the small but really nice selections of vegan dishes they have. Nice people, pleasant environment as well.

The future of healthy vegan fast food? - Edit
I found this place in the spring of 2017, when vegan establishments in Beijing were either very scarce or simply non-existent. This one was right around the corner from where I was staying, and where most of the foreigners were living. Upon entering, you could see all the different kinds of premade juice in large refrigerators to the right. They also had a nice selection of food to choose from on the menu, along with some items which were also premade behind a glass counter by the register. It was a pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, good prices and outdoor seating.
Read moreI personally would like to see places like this become more commonplace, where one could get fast and healthy vegan food with raw juice, made to order, and at a good price. In my opinion, it has a futuristic nuance to it, and I think it would work well, especially in the big cities.
