very expensive - Edit
I had a salad and asked to leave out the cheese. The portion was tiny. Oil and vinegar were on the side, so I cannot really comment on the taste because it was only chopped up vegetables. Staff was friendly, but prices are way too high!

Great fresh vegan food! - Edit
The best option in Budva for a healthy vegan meal. Vegetarian options are marked and most are actually vegan, but the waiter was fully aware of vegan so you can ask to double check or modify etc. The summer salad was delicious and reasonably priced (€8 for very large portion!!).

Veggie oasis! - Edit
If you've travelled in the area you probably know that the best you can hope for is a pizza margarita, or a vegetarian pizza if you're really lucky! So we were really happy to find this place. It's not exclusively vegetarian but it has a huge vegetarian variety (more veggie than non-veggie options) and also an understanding of what vegetarian means, which was really surprising (they advised against ordering a certain sandwich because of the type of cheese in it - wow!) so you don't have to worry about where or how your food was cooked.
Read moreThe menu is fantastic - soups, salads, mains (most came with small side salad and home made herb garlic bread), deserts, sandwiches and freshly made smoothies and fruit juices.
We had a lovely meal and yummy sandwiches to go.
The Juice Bar is within the walls of the old town, next to the Budva museum - not difficult to find, the old town is quite small and you'll stumble upon it eventually. There's a lovely outdoors seating area, with a mix of sofas, armchairs and chairs, you can sit and watch the world go by while enjoying the only decent vegetarian food you'll find in Budva.
I can't give the Juice Bar 5 cows because it's not 100% vegetarian, but it does deserve them!
