I appreciate they had a few vegan options, but the pasta was pretty bad. It was like out of a jar and nothing special. Would recommend going to the farmers market and picking up your own tomatoes to make decent sauce.

Recommend the vegan pasta - Edit
Visited several times during our stay in Budva. Nice location, popular in the evening but we did not mind waiting a few minutes to be seated outside.

Staff is friendly enough, quite stressed and we had to wait to pay, but with good food in our stomachs, a comfortable seat in a nice and bubbling atmosphere it was okay. But don't eat here if you are in a hurry!
If I ever go back to Budva I will definitely visit Pastabar again!
Pros: Tasty vegan options, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Prepare to wait for outside-seating in the evening, Service can be a bit slow

Not trustworthy - gave me chicken and wouldn’t change it. - Edit
It took a long time for the waitress to take my order, which was vegetarian mushroom pasta. When it arrived it had chicken in it. I tried to get her attention to change it, but it was ages with no luck so ended up going to the counter so that I could pay for my drink and leave. She said that I had to pay for the pasta as had tried a little bit of it, and could have just picked the chicken out. I said that I could either pay for my drink or just leave, so she begrudgingly took the money. I wouldn’t go back.

They have a vegan pasta and risotto. When we went there was just pasta and risotto available, both with a vegan option. The food is great, good taste! Big portions. Staff is really kind.

But it’s oily. I didn’t mind much though. The portion is small, however the price it okay for Budva. I had just the pasta and it was tasty. It is located inside the Stari grad - enter through last entrance behind Chinese and Italian outside restaurants and you will see it on your right side.
