Think we were served fish - Edit
Got a curry and a noodle dish. Used google translate to specify what we couldn’t have. The curry came with a weird ‘tofu’ which we questioned the staff on and they insisted was tofu but the texture and taste were off. Now seeing the other review it seems that it was indeed fish and perhaps more than a translation issue but staff perhaps passing off non vegan food as vegan

Sadly only realized the weird tofu cubes were actually fish…

Rude staff, ok mango sticky rice - Edit
Staff were laughing when we were trying to explain our order. I have a peanut allergy so didn't find it very funny that they would just laugh. We gave our order and then 10 minutes later another waitress came out to take it again so God knows what the first girl did. The coffee was served in a dirty cup with bits floating in it. We went for breakfast and the only vegan option was banana sticky rice and mango sticky rice which were actually half decent! Wouldn't go again unless I had to.

Laos food vegan heaven - Edit
The restaurant has several options and the most vegan options in town. Many of the salads, and curry dishes can be modified. The or lap, masaman curry, and spring rolls are delish. The spring rolls are filled with herbs they grow in their own garden.
