Nice restaurant - Edit
Best veggie food we had in one month in Central Asia. Vegetarian and vegan clearly marked, however one dish we thought would be veggie (potato skewer) seemed to have animal fat unexpectedly so do check. Manty and dumplings were really good. Service quite quick and friendly.

Vegan options are clearly marked, and the waiter's English was good. We ordered potatoes with mushrooms and onions, pumpkin dumplings, warm eggplant salad, and rice. Everything was tasteful and nicely presented. The ambiance is also nice, and the prices are reasonable.

Amazing vegan options - Edit
If you’re in Uzbekistan, eating vegan food may be a bit harder. There are clearly labelled vegan food items on the menu and all of them were delicious. Definitely try everything with pumpkin

The best food we have had during our entire Stans trip. Labelled vegan options and whilst a bit more pricey when combined I had a feast of four dishes/side dishes. The strawberry-passionfruit lemonade was also excellent. Note pumpkin options are seasonal. Vegetarian options are also excellent according to my better half. A really nice restaurant, very highly recommended.

The service can be a bit slow but I liked this place. The menu is labelled with vegan and veg options. And everything we ate was actually really tasty. Of course all across Uzbek options are limited and there’s not much protein, so you have to be flexible and get what you can find. A lot of the veg food is not thought about and is bland but here I found each dish is well spiced and seasoned compared to other spots

Best vegan food we found in Bukhara - Edit
Visited Joy twice in Bukhara. Multiple vegan options (listed on menu with vegan symbol).

Very reasonable price.
Served by lovely hostess Darina, helpful and spoke some good English.
Would highly recommend.
