Best vegan food we found in Bukhara

Visited Joy twice in Bukhara. Multiple vegan options (listed on menu with vegan symbol).
Had the pumpkin manti, pumpkin and spinach dumplings, avocado salad.
Very reasonable price.
Served by lovely hostess Darina, helpful and spoke some good English.
Would highly recommend.

Pros: Good clear vegan options, Lovely atmosphere, Good pricing

Cons: Most options came with sour cream on the side
