Food is hot, fresh and affordable! I love that they have several sauces that are vegan, because let's be honest: the sauce is what makes a meal. Loved the seasoned fries and the falafel. Hummus was very good! Sat outside their business at one of their tables in the sun - lovely. I will definitely be returning when in Appleton.

Great Falafel, and fair prices! - Edit
I get the Falafel Pita every time I go, and it always hits (sub the S'hug sauce for Tzatziki to make it vegan)! Their falafel, pita, and hummus are all delicious, and the veggies are fresh. The Mediterranean seasoning on the fries is also great. I would highly recommend giving Josef's a try!

Many options can be made vegan. I had the falafel pita with the s'hug sauce and a side of roasted veggies. Delicious and quick! I will be back!

Recently visited for the first time and was obsessed! Most of the menu can be made vegan. I ordered the falafel pita with hummus and a side of seasoned fries. Large portions, all delicious, and inexpensive!
