Wow. Jollity is such a great addition to downtown Dayton’s dining scene. This is elevated food - yes, their vegan options are inventive and flavorful too! - in an upscale, stylish ambience. The menu is Asian-inspired and (the vegan food) puts vegetables front & center. I LOVED the food here!!
Read moreWe enjoyed dinner & cocktails on a busy Friday night and the place was hopping. The service was VERY attentive to my vegan needs. They have 3 vegan salad options and 1 vegan entree option for dinner. You MUST try the Charred Cauli Salad!! It was a burst of flavors and textures, a total party in my mouth. The real surprise however, was the Bulgar Wheat Bowl entree. To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect because it sounded kind of boring… BUT! Happily, it was incredible!! Again, so many textures and flavors. Delicious.
Their menu is constantly changing; I can’t wait to be back to try more.
Their cocktails are unique and delicious too. We left so happy!!
TIP: Entree portions are small, so get an appetizer too for sure.
Pros: Clearly marked vegan options
Cons: Kind of expensive, more like a date night place, Only few vegan options (but they’re good)
