Not much to choose from - Edit
When I asked the server if they had any vegan options they knew of, they just looked at me blankly and replied, “What’s that?”. It was difficult to tell from the menu itself if anything was truly vegan, even if you subbed tofu or veggies in place of a meat (because the sauces could have been made with non-vegan ingredients, and the staff wasn’t able to clarify)… so you’re basically kind of stuck ordering side items to be totally sure.

Very few vegan options… - Edit
Although the description says many dishes can be made vegan, most contain oyster sauce (Kung Pao/Basil Hunan, etc.) and can’t be made vegan. The only options according to the woman I just tried to order from are the bamboo steamer veg and tofu options.
