Ramen is made with egg noodle

I believe VG on the menu means vegetarian, not vegan

Denma slaps

Denma has delicious sushi, miso soup and fried tofu. We’ve had it multiple times and it’s so good. The folks who work there are also really nice. I’d give the place 5 stars if Happy Cow wasn’t stupid.

Great options

We had a great lunch. Flavorful vegan ramen. Decent number of other vegan options. Hearty portions. Fast service.

Pros: Great place to go with non-vegetarians
