Hummus & pickle perfection - Edit
Today there was 3 clearly labeled vegan options on the menu, and it was tough to decide what to get! I landed on the hummus and pickled vegetables crepe, which hit the spot. They did forget my order, so it took a long time to come, but I wasn’t in a rush.

Fun place with some vegan crêpes - Edit
This place specialize in crêpes (no surprise there ) and offer us a few clearly marked vegan items. The setting is relaxedand chic. I had a tomato /vegan cheese crepe. The crêpe tasted great, the filling was pretty good.

Read moreThis place has a nice farm-to-table/ locavore vibe. I love that they compost the food scraps and make a point to avoid single-use plastics.
They can accommodate pretty much any diet. While there are lots of vegetarian options, there are only 2 vegan options and they're very lunch-flavored*, but at least they're good*(I mean, as long as you like pickled vegetables in everything, which I do).
*Actually there is a banana/peanut butter/granola crepe that gets honey drizzled on it that you could probably veganize pretty easily for a breakfast or dessert option.
Pros: Farm to table ingredients, cool vibes, creative vegan crepes
Cons: somewhat limited options, gets crazy busy , Princeton prices

Amazing breakfast place - Edit
The food is amazing here. They have a couple vegan options. Coffee is good. They are pretty good at explaining vegan options to you. There’s usually a line. Somewhat pricey.

Delicious but limited - Edit
I ordered the veggie kimchi which was amazing. They only have 2 vegan options which felt limited but they are clearly labeled and the one I tried was delicious! I was also able to get a cookie which was a nice win

Decent options - Edit
The vegan crepe batter (which is also gluten free) is excellent. There are only a few options that are vegan by default, but the staff is helpful in making modifications.
