Vegan rolls:
Green California, avocado roll, Inari (tofu), cucumber roll, and fresh vegi roll.
It's possible the Yakisoba (with veggies) is, but I didn't ask to verify. I'm also not sure about the tempura, sometimes it is made with eggs and sometimes not.
