Ippudo did have a vegan ramen in February 2021 but it was a limited edition that only lasted one month.
Read moreThere is no vegan ramen now. The "off-menu vegan ramen" is not actually vegan. The noodles contain egg and the broth is animal-based.

I followed the comments on Happy Cow and went there yesterday, only to find out the vege ramen uses the same noodles as other menus that contain EGG WHITE😒Vegans, stay away.

Veggie ramen not on the menu but will provide if you ask. The ramen was really delicious and there is spicy bean sprouts on the table which give it a nice kick.

Vege ramen ¥810 Loved the soup !! - Edit
Vege ramen is NOT on the menu so you have to tell the waiter that you are a vegetarian/vegan they make it specially for you ! Really good I loved it !
