It's so nice to see the concept of zero waste reaching cafés now. Unfortunately, not everything here is vegan, but maybe that will change in the future? On the other hand, ordering the vegan options here is probably better than going to a fully vegan place that produces a lot of waste.
Read moreThere are two vegan breakfast option: fluffy American pancakes that are really delicious, and a gigantic platter of grilled vegetables, bread, and homemade spreads. I preferred the pancakes because grilled vegetables are not really a breakfast dish for me, but it's a very different option so that's nice.
The music was excellent the first time I came here and really added the special character of the place.
It's busy on Sundays so you may need to reserve a table if you want to have a breakfast here on a Sunday.
Update: I went back after almost a year and was honestly a bit disappointed that there are still only the same vegan breakfast options as last time. I would have thought they'd expand their vegan section a bit. Both options are still delicious though.

Der Kaffee/Cappuccino ist sehr lecker, er wird gebrüht aus einer Bohne mit milder Röstung und serviert mit der hausgemachten Pflanzenmilch. Der Service ist schnell und zuvorkommend. Leider sind die veganen Kaffee Optionen teurer als die vegetarischen😡Hoffentlich können wir hier bald mit der ersten Zero-Waste-Währung (Bitcoin) bezahlen, die das drucken, prägen, transportieren und bewachen überflüssig macht und somit eine umweltfreundlichere und friedlichere "gute Gesellschaft" fördert! :)

The coffee was great and the atmosphere very cosy. We tried the pancake and "Biophilia". Both were delicious. And no waste at all. Highly recommended.

I recently visited this small café and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere in the café is very calm and relaxed. I love the minimalist/modern interior of the place and the food and drink options are great! I loved the fact that since this place is a zero-waste café, it shows you how you can integrate the zero-waste lifestyle into your own life by showing you practical examples by the way they make/serve their food/drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would most definitely go again! I’d love to see even more vegan options on the menu card though. They vegan food items I did try though were all delicious!
