The best vegan pho! - Edit
They have great vegan options, and the pho is amazing! They aren't too knowledgeable on ingredients, and some menu items are mislabeled as vegan when speaking with ownership. Just be cautious!

It was good and large enough. Its in an economically depressed area though so only go if you're already in the area. Not cheap but not outrageous.

Unique and Surprising - Edit
This place is pretty good, but the choices are limited. I'm pretty certain they make their own tofu, and it's really good; their vegan dessert is really good as well. The entree portions are large, and the flavors are unique and spectacular. I'm not a huge fan of whatever they toss their edemame in, though. It has a very odd flavor and is very oily.
Read moreThe place is very small, so I usually only 'dine in' when it's warmer out and I can sit outside. The greeter was very dismissive the last time I ordered takeout, and the waitstaff could use some ServSafe reminders.

Ordered takeout from our hotel and the food came piping hot and delicious. Ordering online very easy and all pretty much dishes can be made vegan

So Many Options! - Edit
So many vegan options here. Miso Ramen is vegan without the egg. Blueberry and Cream Dessert, Vegan Pho and a vegan curry dish I haven't tried. Simple options for kids including tofu and rice as sides. Really good about respecting allergies or dietary preferences. Order online and pick up inside with no fuss, sit on the patio, or dine inside. Excellent spot for take-out or date night.
