Creamy Ramen-vegan - Edit

So much flavor! Perfect level of heat!

Would offer 5 stars if Happy Cow let me.
Super friendly and accommodating staff in an unassuming, nondescript environment... the way Ramen ought to be.
As someone who grew up eating ramen in Japan, i can honestly say that this is on par with many of the really good ramen places in Japan, if not better.

Update 5-28-2023: Hiyashi Chuuka (cold noodles) can be made vegan!!!!
