Vegan Options - Edit
I was excited to take my kids to lunch at IKEA because i love their plant based balls. I think they have great options but their plant based balls meal comes with mashed potatoes that aren’t vegan and a sauce for the balls that also isn’t vegan. Employees also aren’t educated on ingredients which isn’t great but they did customize our meals which i appreciated.

Who Would Have Thought - Edit
Who would’ve thought that IKEA would have vegan options, let alone food to eat after maneuvering their multiple stores. Cheap option ($1.15 vegan hotdog) for snack plus other vegan options at upper restaurant. Odd place to find food.

Fun snack! - Edit
Fun to get snacks while shopping! There are two areas for food: upstairs food court (has the vegan meatballs) and downstairs past the check out (has veggie dog). Both places have QR code to scan on the serving glass that lists the ingredients for everything; super useful site. Veggie dog was tasty with all of the fixings on top.

Tasty and Inexpensive - Edit
The Bistro has a couple of tasty vegan options, including veggie dogs and strawberry soft serve (the vanilla soft serve is NOT vegan). The prepackaged cinnamon roll 6-packs are now vegan, but as far as I can tell the fresh cinnamon rolls served in the Bistro are still not per the allergen listing. I haven’t eaten in the Restaurant recently, but I think they usually have a veggie ball meal that is or can be made vegan. The veggie balls can also be purchased frozen to take home. IKEA seems to be gradually adding more vegan options, but I wish they would move faster in that direction!
