yummy but only vegetarian friendly, not vegan friendly

Yummy and cool atmosphere. Ramen noodles are egg, miso is vegetarian too. Hubby liked his rice bowl and chicken could be removed

Vegan option

They have a vegetarian mushroom ramen that you can request to be made vegan. Not sure what they did to it but it came with seaweed, 3 types of mushrooms and a lot of green onion. The mushrooms were so delicious and the entire soup was amazing. Would gladly get it again. Unfortunately it’s the only vegan option, they have a special V* tag for vegan food but I didn’t see a single option with it, and none of the starters unfortunately.

Pros: Very delicious

Cons: Expensive , Only one option

Ok options

I really liked the brothless vegan dish, but I wish there were more options available, without having to modify.

Please add a vegan ramen option

This place would be fantastic if there was actually a warm, delicious & comforting vegan ramen option on the menu.

I have eaten at many a fantastic ramen spot around the country that has offered a vegan option but this spot, although nice, does not have one. They do have some kind of cold noodle dish that is plant based and it’s pretty good but it just does not fill the void. Give us some tasty vegan ramen and I will give you 5 stars Ichicoro!

used to love it

Back when my boyfriend and I were vegetarian, we were at this place more than I’d like to admit. Once turning vegan, we decided to stop back in just to see what vegan options they had. The waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vegan option, and what made the other options non-vegan. The mushroom ramen, we were bummed to find out, was made with egg noodles and had butter in the broth. So we resorted to the ONLY vegan option available. The bowl was super cold noodles in a picked sauce. Very bland. Very cold. Very eh.

Pros: cool atmosphere, nice staff, many vegetarian options

Cons: one not very tasty vegan option

Eh

The vibe and concept is very nice but there's literally only one vegan option which is a cold noodle salad which is too acidic and one-toned. Too bad.

Pros: atmosphere, helpful staff, good service

Cons: hardly any vegan options

good Ramen, better ambiance... better places available

Great up and coming location, well designed interior, menu is reusable and green. Onto the food...
Base options are relatively pricey and add ons are $1&$2 respectively for items that are generally included elsewhere making your bowl of ramen close to $20. Not served piping hot like authentic Japanese ramen and the flavors are good but not worth price. Only veggie option with no pork or chicken broth is mushroom broth with a variety of earthy mushrooms spinach and seaweed is satisfying but again I've had better locally. I would sum it up and say worth the trip once and if you're into more westernized Asian cuisine you will return

Pros: veggie option, cool vibe

Cons: westernized broth, egg, seaweed etc are a la carte $$, pricey
