Ian's was one of my favorite places to eat in Madison before I went vegan--it's great that they have a vegan night, and even better that they'll make you vegan pizza on request!

Vegan Pizza😍 - Edit
Monday after 5pm is vegan pizza night. They usually have 4 different kinds of vegan pizza at a time. Generally it's a creamy potato, mac & cheese, and a spinach/mushroom pizza with or without Daiya cheese. They also have vegan breadsticks and delicious salad. If you go on a day that isn't Monday, they might have a couple slices of vegan pizza, if not, they're always willing to make one for you. The slices are pretty big, too.

Cons: They don't always have vegan pizza prepared
