Finally many vegan choices - Edit
Hunan Garden is one of if not the. Est place in the area for vegan dishes. Yes they serve animal products but I asked them to cook my food in a specific way and they performed completely as requested. Will be going back whenever I need an Asian food fix.

The vegetarian chicken dishes, in addition to tofu dishes, are numerous and delicious! The texture reminds me of your typical Chinese "beef" dishes, which was an old favorite of mine before being vegan.

As of July 2021 they are very careful to maintain distance between customers and staff.
