Yummy vegan sandwhich options

Humphrey's is a small sandwich shop with two vegan options (which probably doesn't sound like much, but they only offer 8 sandwiches total).

I tried the tofu Laab on the shelly bay sourdough baguette. Highly recommend! It was really good. Sometimes when I get a vegan sandwich they just leave all the condiments off and it ends up a dry sad sandwich. This one had tahini, sriracha, slaw and pickles, in addition to an abundance of tofu. It was really good! And fast - a great takeaway option for a quick, delicious feed.

Pros: Great vegan sandwich options, Fast, Good value

Cons: Not much seating -definitely a takeaway joint
