Excellent burger

I loved this place. Location and outdoor space is great, burger with Beyond meat is delicious, I can’t wait to return when they open again (they are currently doing some renovations).

Beautifully decorated restaurant

What stood out the most for me was definitely the lush greenery of the rooftop garden, it was beautiful! In addition, the interior of the restaurant is also tastefully decorated. I would definitely bring my friends here in the future!

Pros: Beautifully prepared dishes , Nice ambience

Cons: A little on the pricey side

Very good!

Menu on the smaller side but variety of options. Great atmosphere and setting.

We ordered the taco to start (a bit dry, lacked sauce), tomato risotto and carbonara (needed some salt).

Overall food was really good.

Pros: Garlic and onion free options available, Vegan menu

Cons: Plates lacking some salt, No chocolate cake for dinner

Very disappointing. Tasteless food, bad service

It’s a beautiful place - food and service are however very disappointing. The waitress took an order and then came back saying that one of the mains isn’t available ... we ordered something else ... then few minutes later she came back again saying that one of the starters isn’t available neither ... she also wasn’t able to answer questions about the allergens in food . We hoped that at least food would be worth being there ... it wasn’t . We had all the starters available and two mains and they were all pretty tasteless . Portions were small as well.
It’s rather pricey - definitely not worth it.
On a positive note - the manager came and apologized at least. To sum up- overpriced and tasteless . There’s many other restaurants which offer great vegetarian/ vegan food & coctails in Singapore and much better experience.

Pros: Vegan

Cons: Bad service , No clear allergens, not many gluten free options , Small portions

Great vegan place

Vegan restaurant and bar, with indoor and outdoor seating. The food looks good, tastes good and surprises, so a good place for dinner but be prepared to order starters, mains, sides and dessert to be full. The cocktail and mocktails are recommend as well. Service in the outside are can be a bit spotty but they are friendly.

Pros: Vegan, good food and drinks

Cons: Need to order a lot to be full

All vegan but too pricey for nothing special

We had three starters. Seaweed Tofu croquetes (great) scallops with carrots and corn (tasteless) miso eggplant (okay).
The two mains were pasta with pumpkin and corn in a spicy sauce (boring) and risotto with beans and radish (okay). Most of the dishes were missing the unique tasty part.
I also ordered a tall beer for 15 S$ which is almost 10 Euro for a f* Pilsner Urquell...

3 starters, 2 mains, 1 beer = 90 S$

The waiters have been very friendly and welcoming.

I like their open kitchen.

Pros: All vegan, enjoyable chilled atmosphere, Kind service

Cons: Overall boring food, Too pricey for that food, Way too expensive beer

AMAZEBALLS - you must dine here!

Since so many people recommended this place, I made it a point to visit while in Singapore.

Loved their garden filled with lots of edible herbs which they use in their dishes.

Lovely outdoor area, which is non-smoking. Coming from Malaysia, this is a luxury as I usually have to put up with smokers when dining outdoors but then this is Singapore, yay!

We had tried 2 appetizers, 2 mains and 2 desserts. Everything was amazing. Each mouthful was a burst of flavours, sometimes surprising and they all worked tremendously well together.

It's an open kitchen so you can watch the chefs at their craft too.

Highly recommended!

Pros: Fully vegan, Amazing flavours, Creative dishes

Delicious

Delicious and creative vegan food in a nice environment. S$28 for 3 course set lunch is reasonable. Can’t wait to go back to try all the other dishes.

Nice environment with good food!

I got the set lunch, consists of appetizer, main and dessert, costs $28.

Appetizer: King oyster scallop
Feedback: Great! The garlic snow is interesting and I like the spinach puree too!! 😋😋😋

Main: Pumpkin fettuccine with tom yum broth
Feedback: It’s my first time to have tom yum pasta. It turned out the combination is great! The sour and spicy taste matched very well! And the big piece of pan fried pumpkin is just toooooo yummy!!!!! 😋😋😋😋

Dessert: Black Forest cake (with raspberry sorbet? Sorry I was too indulged in my meal, didn’t ask the staff there)
Feedback: I’m so in love with the cake and sorbet. What a good ending for my lunch today! ❤️

Overall I’m very satisfied with my meal in HRVST.

Pros: Friendly staff, Nice environment

Warm beautiful space, very creative food

Go for the beautiful open concept space and creative Asian food. It's a little hard to get to, even the building itself is tricky to navigate but when you do reach there, you don't really want to leave. The space is bright, cosy and has a natural warmth.

Food is all vegan, the lunch sets are value for money and offer the chance to try an appetiser, main and dessert at one price. Their chefs are famous, having come from Tippling Club and Cheek by Jowl so you can expect intriguing flavours and beautiful presentations.

The two ice cream desserts and the salt celeriac dish didn't wow me, but the rest of the dishes were fabulous.

Pros: Creative dishes, Value for money , Great space

Cons: Hard to get to

Hidden vegan gem in CBD!

My colleagues and I went for lunch last week and it’s amazing what the chefs did to the food! Most delicious vegan food I usually eat are processed but at HRVST they use minimally processed food. To me they are just showing off their culinary skills! You can literally taste the passion of the chefs on your plate. Great work, kudos to this 2 young and passionate chefs and their team. Will definitely come again!!! They even sell their own products and home made nut butter!

Pros: Lots of space during lunch as it’s hidden at Lv5!, Good value for money , Taste is fantastic

Cons: Portions can be a lil bigger (I’m big haha)

Creative cuisine & chill vibes

My friend & I shared a 3-course set meal consisting of purple cabbage steak, confit cherry tomatoes, garden salad, fried chickpea, green pea wasabi purée (appetiser), hay salt baked celeriac, onion purée, veggie jus, charred kale, tempura shimeiji chunk, puffed wild rice, shaved shiitake (main), caramelised pineapple ring, clove ice cream & tart crumbs. The purple cabbage had a hearty roasted aroma that tasted like perfection, which shone alongside the subtle, lighter-tasting green pea wasabi purée (which fortunately wasn’t spicy at all :3) As for the main, the hay salt wasn’t very discernible (is it just me?), and the onion purée tasted like mashed boiled carrots/radish & chinese herbs (smth like danggui). It would have been nice if the tempura shimeiji batter had more salt or flavour to it, as it tasted a lil’ too overwhelmingly of baking soda whoopsies. The charred kale was really crisp & tasted like yummy seaweed, and every bite also came with a mini explosion of what is probably olive oil xD As for the caramelised pineapple ring, clove ice cream & tart crumbs, the taste of clove in the ice cream was pretty subtle and paired well with the other elements of the ensemble, though it would have been even better if the tart crumbs tasted more buttery. All in all these would have been healthier if all the veggies weren’t drenched in so much olive? oil, but anyway this was a pretty value-for-$ almost fine-dining?? kinda meal, esp. in the CBD!! :)

Pros: Creative ensemble of flavours, Reasonable price given creativity & location, Chill vibes

Cons: Dishes may not be filling for non-small-eaters

I wouldn't go back again..

So yeah, tried their scallop appetizer and it tasted like grilled mushrooms and carrots, nothing special about it. And for a very very small serving with 1 baby carrot, 3 baby corns and 3 pcs of oyster mushrooms.. it really wasn't worth the $12. It's way too expensive.. I could have a decent portion of salad in many restaurant with that price tag.

And their tom yum fettucine tasted weird with cucumbers ribbons. Sauce was very thick and heavy. And their pasta was very very soft and lumpy. The worst dish of the night. We didnt even finish the plate. The only element which i thought was not bad is the roasted pumpkin served besides the pasta.

Overall, the outdoor aimbience is not bad and location is convenient . But food is really not worth the trip nor money. Food felt pretentious with nice plating but medicore taste. And for that price, you could easily find better food else where.

Pros: convenient, in cbd, nice outdoor area, house white is not bad

Cons: pasta is way overcook , fusion food that don't taste right or good, overpriced for appetizer

Peace ...

Go for the vibes

I would like to give HRVST a 3.5 as the rooftop terrace with the edible garden and hammocks is just perfect.
Unfortunately service is a little pretentious and inflexible. The food is plated beautifully but I was not impressed by the taste. Some strange flavour combinations - gnocchi with tom yam and cucumber on top just does not work for me. The beautifully plated mushroom “scallops” I was excited to try tasted - you guessed it - plain mushroom.
At that price just not worth it for me, sorry.

Pros: great ambience, appealing plates

Cons: small portions , expensive
