Tasty food!!!

Really nice find! Clearly marked vegan options and great portion size. I had to wait a while for my food which I didn’t expect but when I saw people coming after collecting it I raised this with staff. It was an oversight and my food was ready and staff were really polite and apologetic. I would still go back and was worth the wait!

Pros: Portion size , Polite staff, Tasty food

Delicious food, great value, lovely staff. We have the Timtimo and a Vegan Wrap - lots of vegan choice. We'll be back x

Pros: Great vegan choice, Tasty food, Good Value

Cons: In a food court - might put off some, but not us.

Brilliant!

What a fantastic little place. We shared a double vegan special with Injera - amazing. Couldn’t finish it. Great tastes. In a courtyard with other options - nice little place to get an IPA opposite. A bit cold in the courtyard and could have done with the heaters being turned on. But amazing Ethiopian food - my favourite cuisine 😍

Delicious platter!

I visited Hatch today and was pleased to find a stall selling authentic Ethiopian and Eritrean food. There were quite a few vegan options on the menu but I ended up going for the platter as I couldn't decide. It came with two lentil stews, one spicy and one mild, a spinach stew, stir fried potatos, salad and rice. Every single thing was delicious but my favourite was the hotter lentil stew flavoured with berbere spice. Healthy and wholesome. Presentation was beautiful too. Will definitely be visiting again!
