They just shouldn’t do vegan dishes - Edit
They have 2 vegan ‘dishes’. One is broccoli with onion drenched in soy sauce and the other is plain spaghetti. Maybe if you would throw the broccoli in the spaghetti and not drown it in sauce, then you could have a decent dish.

If you order coffee you’ll get a great big french press, but there’s no plant based milk available.
They have really nice orange and elderflower sorbet ice with fresh berries.
The staff is really friendly, even asked if we’re staying in the hotel so they can make sure there will be something for us on the breakfast buffet.
Pros: Friendly staff, Nice place, very pretty bathroom
Cons: Staff has no knowledge about veganism, Tap water on the table was charged at 30DKK
