Cozy restaurant but limited vegan options. - Edit
The restaurant was cozy and the service was good. Though there weren’t that many vegan options but the vegan dishes were marked with a vegan label which made it easier to see what was vegan. I ordered the vegan pinsa and it was pretty good😊

Great local dish stuffed with vegan cheese - Edit
Great place. It is located right next to the Grindelwald train station, which is an amazing location. I enjoyed the mountain view from a terrace table. Service was good too but the place is understaffed. I had the cordon bleu and it was great! A bit pricy compared with other nonvegan dishes, but it was worth it. I would visit again!

One great vegan option - Edit
We had the Aubergine Cordon Bleu stuffed with New Roots fondue cheese and served with salad and fries. It was really excellent, a well considered, cooked and presented dish allowing a taste of local traditional cuisine in a vegan way. It has a gluten free crumb made with polenta. New Roots make natural high quality cheese and are based quite nearby (check out their website if you haven’t heard of them - you can also buy some of their products in the local Coop). The waiter, Ali, was lovely, understood what vegan means for food and knew immediately which of the offered dressing would be suitable for us. Dish is also nut free.
