A 100 % gorgeous vegan gastronomic experience - Edit
Set amidst glorious countryside, not far from Ciney and Namur, within easy reach from the motorway, this restaurant & hotel has provided us with a 3 course entirely vegan meal which was a festival of flavours and tastes, from the starters to the dessert.

When booking, take care to specify how many vegan people you are as in this case it will be a vegan set menu.

Not only was our dinner creative and delicious, it was also nutritionally balanced.

The chef created dishes specially for us. Asparagus being in season, the green asparagus starter served with pea coulis was fresh and cooked to perfection. The sweet potato gnocchi stuffed with mushrooms and served on a bed of lentil puree were excellent ! Also the crispy quinoa crackers !
Pros: Excellent food, Freshly cooked to order, Attentive chef and staff
Cons: No vegetarian / vegan option mentioned on the menu
