Not the best experience :( - Edit
Came here twice, the first time I had an okay experience, a man came up to me and showed me the options on a book and I got a vanilla ice cream which was ok. Second time me and my dad asked for vegan ice cream and all the staff looked so confused which was an uncomfortable experience, it took quite a while for them to come with the book of options again and we got a chocolate ice cream each and they asked if we wanted it in a sundae and we said yes but we are vegan, so I thought they would come out with a vegan sundae from the impression they made to us (and the amount of times we told them we are vegan) and it was dairy whipped cream on top and dairy chocolate sauce. I was disappointed with the lack of knowledge around people not wanting dairy. I feel like the staff could be more aware and a little more accommodating, especially for people who may have dairy allergies too. It’s a shame really. They could have also added the vegan options directly to the menu instead of making people ask every time for the secret options.

I ordered the 'vanilla frozen dessert', it is just vegan vanilla ice cream. There was an option for chocolate when I was there too. It was really nice, very big portion for me. Downside was they took soooo long to serve because they needed the manager to serve me due to my Dairy allergies.

Vegan ice cream close to meal options - Edit
Great to have vegan ice cream options here! This place is located right by a couple of other Hollywood Studios places that have vegan options, such as a vegan lobster roll and noodle bowl, so it’s easy to order dessert and other food from more than one spot if you (or the people you’re with) want to and then sit outside at the available outdoor (covered) seating area that the restaurants in this “market” share.

Two vegan flavours! - Edit
It’s not on the menu. Thank goodness for Happy Cow! If you ask at the register they have toffutti ice cream - chocolate or vanilla. A nice courtyard to sit behind the shop. It’s located by the Hollywood Tower of Terror area.

I gave this place a 4 because just like the other reviewer said..you have to ask if they carry vegan ice cream because it’s not already on the menu (sugar free ice cream is.) also when you ask them, they have to have a manager put a special key in the cash register because they don’t have that automatically priced

Very good vegan vanilla ice cream, asked and the lady told me that there were three flavours. The flavour options were chocolate, vanilla and something else I don't remember.
