Meet the characters! And get tofu with lots of veggies. - Edit
Hollywood & Vine is inside Hollywood Studios, so you need a theme park ticket for the day to eat here. Cute interior design is all Art Deco style. It's an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet, so come hungry. There are fresh salads with every imaginable veggie topping. Crispy Tofu with Asian Glaze is good (tofu is a rare find inside Disney, where most venues only have Impossible burgers). Wide variety of raw and cooked veggies (beet salad, green beans, potatoes with olive oil, etc.).
Read moreThere are vegan and gluten-free options for desert, too. Staff (called "Cast Members") are VERY knowledgeable, and will walk you through the entire menu or entire buffet and explain which items are vegan or allergy-friendly. Everything is labeled.
Food is not especially creative, nor visually presented in an artistic way. If you want beautiful food, go to Hollywood Brown Derby (in the same theme park). But Hollywood & Vine has a LOT of kid-friendly food, and is an overall more kid-friendly experience.
The real draw of this place is that you get to meet the characters! Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto. Fun for kids and adults alike! They will interact, but don't speak. They're happy to pose for photos.
Pros: Vegan and gluten-free options, Tofu (rare at Disney, which has mostly Impossible), Lots of raw and cooked veggies
Cons: Food is basic, not elegant, Geared toward kids (not complex flavors)

Get the tofu! - Edit
Hollywood and Vine has a great selection of plant based foods on the buffet. The tofu is the best choice you’ll make! There is also an off menu brownie that you have to request from your server.

There was lots of salads lots of veg, potato dishes, a mushroom risotto
They bring you a booklet that shows everything you can have posting all allergens used
They even bought us out cakes and tofutti for dessert
One of my favourite meals I had at Walt Disney World
I would do this as the fantasmic package every holiday
Pros: Allergen booklet , Brining you out extras , Best tofu ever
Cons: Wanting to eat more tofu but not having space
