They were welcoming, and translated everything on the menu. Lots of vegan options. They also have vegan cheese. It’s worth the drive into the mountains!

We enjoyed all our food before we were set to do a bioluminescence nighttime paddle. That being said prepare for a bit of a wait for food to arrive. We only had an an hour and 15 and were scarfing down our food.

A Great Place for Lunch - Edit
We stopped here for lunch before visiting the historical sites in San German, which are about a mile and a half away. The owner had limited English, and we had limited Spanish, but with the help of Google Translate we were able to work out our order. She is aware of how to make vegetarian dishes vegan.
Read moreWe had mushroom wraps. They had mushrooms, of course, but also quinoa, lettuce, jicama, onion, and a sauce. We had the option of getting a whole wheat wrap. They tasted great. We finished off our meal by splitting a brownie.
