Local TOFU! - Edit
Seriously - do you know how lucky we are to have a local tofu manufacturer? I love everything from Hodo - from their early days of farmer's market to large scale production of their products to provision every natural grocery store on the West Coast. The tofu burgers are my favorite.

i have been purchasing hodo since the day i went vegan! they have many, many delicious tofu options from nuggets, to burgers, to tuna, to just plain firm tofu (my personal fave). they are also very nice and even gave me coupons to get free tofu (great people!) they supply a variety of restaurants in the bay and i will never stop purchasing from hodo😊

I love what Hodo stands for and that they supply sofritos to Chipotle: this is what needs to happen to effect shifts in people’s dietary habits. My favorite grocery item they make is their yuba noodles! Their manufacturing equipment comes from Taiwan, which is legit. Find their products in any Whole Foods or Target in the US, local natural/health food stores, and even through online delivery services like Mylk Guys.
