Deliciously flavored

Sound & Savor is serving weekly, very popular take out & deliver menus during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. Menu varies with each offering, from well seasoned Caribbean cuisine to Indian, Asian, European & African dishes. Order & prepay online for delivery in the East Bay Area, with proceeds contributing to providing free meals to those in need. Menu & prices posted on social media, &/or sent via email.
Good available in pint sized takeout containers, enough to share or for multiple meals. Like most good food, makes tasty leftovers.
Delicious Rasta vibe combining Jamaican and Ethiopian flavors in our meal. Succulent, jerk jackfruit stew: jackfruit, potatoes, carrots stewed in well seasoned jerk sauce. Awesome Mesir Wat, Ethiopian red lentil stew. Rice & red beans, Caribbean staple was perfect starch for the stews. Tasty greens & taro root in coconut milk sauce made for the Calaloo, another Caribbean staple.
Looking forward to more innovative, delicious flavor pairings in the weeks to come!

Amazing supper club!

Be sure to find sound and savor on feastly. Phil has an amazing chef talent and makes everything from scratch. His meals are a real labor of love and it’s the best vegan you’ll find in the Bay Area

Chanukah dinner

Had a great dinner here with 14 others. The traditional latkes, stewed chickpeas, jack fruit brisket, Brussel sprouts, tofu steak with mushroom gravy, beet salad, kasha varnischkes, cauliflower kugel, pickles, corn-molasses-wheat bread. And for dessert ruggelach and carrot oat cookies. This was our first event we went to that Phil put on. Will definitely be back!
