Located in a pedestrian zone of this little town north of Turin, Hobb's is a pleasant place to have lunch, dinner or sip a tea in the afternoon. The restaurant is fully vegetarian, which is unusual in this rural area of Piedmont. Good selection of vegan dishes based on grains, beans, seitan and tofu. I didn't find their vegan desserts that great, though. A bit too sweet and not very exceptional, unfortunately. Hopefully they will improve them in the future.
