The broth is one of the better ones… - Edit
I usually find the vegan ramen broths at other restaurants to be too salty, but this one isn’t bad. The ramen includes corn, broccolini, tofu and a ground soy meat alternative. Overall, this is a solid ramen restaurant with good food and nice service.

Their menu straight up offered Vegan Ramen so that's what I ordered and it tasted great. It was enough to fill me up and was presented pretty well for takeout.

Excellent ramen! - Edit
Cool casual hipster ramen joint, popular with a line out the door, but they run the place smoothly and efficiently. If you're ok to smoosh in, it goes rather quick. Very friendly staff, and you're welcomed with fruit infused water. There is only one vegan ramen but it's fantastic. The base has a deep flavor that even non-herbivores can appreciate and I loved the toppings, especially the charred broccolini and the crunchy almond sauce. This is decent size as well so it's not a dinky bowl. The food came out quick and was gobbled right up. Goes great with the edamame and whatever magic they sprinkled on it. Will definitely get another.
