Nice Ramen - Togo last 30 mins - Edit
They had quite a few vegan options. It was a cute little quaint restaurant. They had big bowls and they had lots of Ramen. Unfortunately, they don’t like people coming there 30 minutes before they close. And if you do you go home “to go”the problem with when you’re traveling is that you don’t have a bowl to put the Ramen in. So luckily, my girlfriend who is very smart, suggested we grab our hotel dining room bowls that hold syrup and peanut butter. All in all it was decent Ramen. The amazing thing to me is that there were only two other people eating at the restaurant so it would’ve been super easy to serve us and we would’ve finished early before they closed.

Pros: Ramen was 👅 tasty, They had vegan potstickers
Cons: You cannot eat in the restaurant after 8:30 PM., They don’t give you a bowl for “Togo” orders, The curry Ramen is not vegan. Not sure why.

Great place - very accommodating and upfront on what is vegan and what isn’t. - Edit
We love this place and usually eat here first when arriving in Ashland. Great ramen. The gluten free noodles are the vegan ones too.

Delicious with vegan friendly options - Edit
The ramen with vegetable or curry broth can be made vegan by holding the egg and subbing for vegan noodles. We’ve had the ramen, which is pretty delicious, and you can add additional veggie toppings. My favorite dish is the Japanese curry bowl, which is loaded with root vegetables and you can add some soft tofu to it. Staff is very knowledgeable about menu and what is vegan.
