Little Gem in the Catskills

Meeeeeow, I loved HiLo when I first walked in. Staff was super sweet and went above and beyond to help us. They were knowledgeable of veganism and offered me great choices. Th oat milk latte was nice after our hot walkabout town and the fungui sandwich was tangy and delish. I even tried some wine at their full bar as well! Great stop with a fun bathroom too.

Perfect

Was blessed to live a short walk from here and it was easily my favorite spot in the Catskills. They have a popcorn machine with nutritional yeast, fresh pressed grapefruit juice, amazing salads that aren’t starving of vegan protein (hello lentils and lots of veggies!!), AND delicious focaccia bread with hummus and seasonal toppings.
The owners and bartenders are cool as all hell. They have live music frequently at night and occasionally even vegan baked goods. They also have local draft beer that’s only $6. Hard not to fall in love with. Even if my friends didn’t work there, I would have still gone weekly. They could have more vegan options but where they use seasonal veggies, it kept everything feeling fresh for me. So much more than just a coffee shop.

Great spot for coffee, beverages, and some vegan options

Fun guy breakfast sandwich is SO GOOD. Awesome coffee with non-dairy milk options.

Pros: Friendly staff, Nice place to work from, Cool vibes

Cons: Could use more vegan options
