Great food

Made a reservation, didn’t end up getting asked if we had one and we were sat quickly. Service was a little scattered, and we weren’t followed up with but the food was fantastic.

Tons of vegan sushi to choose from

Lots of labeled vegan options that have unique ingredients like vegan salmon. Very tasty and loved all the textures. We interacted with the owner who was very friendly and said he opened Hida because of customer feedback he’s received at Misaki over the years that customers want veg options. He has been very intentional about the ingredient selection and really cares that his customers have a good experience. We will absolutely be going back!
