I like that they had good vegan options. Lotus root was delicious. Wood ear was decent. Seaweed was a tad too sweet. Skins on the dumplings were honestly a bit too thick and the pintuck closure indicated machine-generated dumplings. I feel like the appetizers could go down in both price and size while the dumplings could have used just a bit more finesse. The steamed soup dumplings came with a little more than 10 slices of ginger....erm....a little skimped. Server seemed caught off guard when I asked if we could just place appetizer order verbally to have those come first. Instead, we were asked to order on a slip of paper ahdn then place a second order for dumplings. We were never asked for our drinks order and had to adk about hot tea. I was really hoping for something more....

We were super excited to try this place. And we were not disappointed. A few vegan options, and all we tried were delicious. Hard to pick our favorite all were good!

Best dumplings in town - Edit
This place is incredible. Best dumplings in town for sure. Prices are reasonable. Don’t sleep on the lotus root and seaweed salad. Yum!

Family Favorite - Edit
Masons has several delicious vegan menu options without needing to modify. There are multiple entrees and appetizers. Everything I've tried has been SO good. My family orders dumplings regularly and everything is consistently delicious!

Attentive staff and friendly. Steamed Dunplings were really good. Also had the lotus. Make sure you have the lotus for all the health benefits(ask Mr. Google).
